Breathwork is one part of the Lumoro reset.
The goal is not performance. It is a short physiological cue: slow down, feel the body, and begin again with more steadiness.
Inside the daily reset
Lumoro may include a simple breath pattern as the first part of your morning reset. Most patterns are short and designed to be easy to follow.
If a pattern feels uncomfortable, stop and return to normal breathing.
The standalone breathwork page
Lumoro also has a standalone breathwork page at trylumoro.com/breathe. Use it when you want a separate breathing session outside the morning reset.
Breathwork is not medical treatment. If you have respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, seizure-related, pregnancy-related, or other health concerns, talk with a qualified clinician before using breathwork techniques. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, distressed, or unwell.
A simple rule
Breathwork should make the morning feel more grounded, not more intense.
When in doubt, choose the gentlest option or skip the breathwork step.
