Lumoro is delivered by SMS, so delivery depends on your phone number, carrier, device, and message settings.

If a message does not arrive

Try these checks:
  1. Confirm your phone can receive US SMS messages.
  2. Check that your number was entered correctly.
  3. Check blocked numbers or filtered messages on your device.
  4. Make sure you have not replied STOP.
  5. Wait a few minutes in case of carrier delay.

Save Lumoro as a contact

Saving Lumoro’s number can make the message easier to recognize and less likely to be missed. Use the contact link on the Lumoro website if available, or save the number from your first text.

Delivery limits

SMS is not guaranteed. Carrier filtering, network issues, unsupported regions, or device settings can delay or prevent delivery. Lumoro is currently intended for US phone numbers.

SMS is not end-to-end encrypted. Avoid sending highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, or emergency information by text.
