Update your preferences
If account settings are available to you, use your Lumoro profile to review or update preferences such as wake time and onboarding information. If you cannot find the setting you need, email hello@trylumoro.com.Change your phone number
To change the phone number associated with Lumoro, email hello@trylumoro.com. Lumoro may need to verify the new number before moving your texts.SMS commands
You can control messages directly from your phone.| Command | What it does |

PAUSE | Pauses messages if available on your account |
RESUME | Resumes paused messages if available on your account |
If a command does not behave as expected, email hello@trylumoro.com. SMS support can vary by account state and carrier behavior.
Delete your data
To request deletion of your Lumoro data, email hello@trylumoro.com. Lumoro may retain your phone number and opt-out status afterSTOP to make sure it does not message you again. If you want full deletion of the phone number and opt-out record too, say that explicitly in your email.
