Lumoro uses your information to deliver and personalize your morning reset. This page is a plain-language summary. The full policy lives at trylumoro.com/privacy.

Information Lumoro may collect

Depending on how you use Lumoro, this may include:
  • Phone number
  • Optional email address
  • First name
  • Wake time and timezone
  • Onboarding quiz answers
  • Assigned archetype
  • SMS replies and message history
  • Basic website analytics
  • Country or region availability signals

How it is used

Lumoro uses this information to:
  • Send your daily reset
  • Personalize the tone and content of your practice
  • Handle support and account requests
  • Process billing if you choose a paid plan
  • Improve reliability and product quality
  • Respect SMS opt-out and deletion requests

AI processing

Lumoro’s public privacy policy says some intake notes, SMS replies, or Reflect interactions may be processed by Anthropic’s Claude API to personalize or respond to you. Lumoro states that this data is not used to train AI models.

Service providers

Lumoro’s public privacy policy names providers including Twilio, Stripe, PostHog, Anthropic, and ipapi.co. See the full policy for the latest provider list and details: trylumoro.com/privacy.

Data deletion

You can request deletion by emailing hello@trylumoro.com. After you text STOP, Lumoro may retain your phone number and opt-out status to avoid messaging you again. If you want that record removed too, request full deletion explicitly.
Do not use Lumoro for emergencies or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call emergency services or contact 988 in the United States.
