# Your First Week

> What happens during the 7-day Lumoro free trial.

Your first 7 days with Lumoro are free. No credit card is required to start.

The point of the first week is simple: see whether a morning text actually changes how the day begins.

## During the free week

Each morning, Lumoro sends your reset by text at the wake time you chose.

There are no streaks to protect and no penalty for missing a day.

## After the free week

At the end of the free week, Lumoro asks whether you want to continue with a paid plan.

If you do not choose a plan, your messages stop automatically and you are not charged.

## Canceling
