# Billing and Cancellation

> Lumoro pricing, free trial, billing, and cancellation.

Lumoro starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.

## Free trial

Your first 7 days are free. During the trial, you receive your morning resets by text.

After the trial, Lumoro asks whether you want to continue with a paid plan. If you do nothing, your messages stop automatically and you are not charged.

## Plans

## Payment processing

When you choose a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Lumoro does not store your credit card number.

## Canceling

You can cancel at any time:

* Reply `STOP` to any Lumoro message
* Email [hello@trylumoro.com](mailto:hello@trylumoro.com)

Texting `STOP` stops messages immediately.

## Refunds

Lumoro's public terms state that partial-month refunds are not issued. If you have a billing issue, email [hello@trylumoro.com](mailto:hello@trylumoro.com).
